In 2015 in his hometown of Arandas, Jalisco. After many years of success, he decided to fulfill his dream and move his business to the United States of America. In 2019, he arrived in the city of Los Angeles, California, to kickstart his venture. He began with a taco stand, but despite numerous efforts, he didn't find success.

After facing challenges, including adverse weather conditions such as snow, which posed difficulties as the taco stand wasn't permitted by the health department, he decided to relocate to Greeley, Colorado.

 

Despite the hardships, he persisted. Eventually, he purchased a mobile taco truck, marking a turning point in his success.

 

Now, in 2023, the taco truck continues to thrive, continually improving and serving the community.
